Marriott International will operate two new hotels under the Courtyard by Marriott brand in the high growth suburbs of Mulgrave and Truganina respectively located to the east and to the west of Melbourne CBD, Victoria.
The 141-room Courtyard by Marriott Truganina is set to open end of 2023 and the 212-room Mulgrave property the year after.

The hotel operator was selected after a competitive tender process through Minett Prime Square.
