Accor Hotels will operate a 105-room 25hours hotel in 1-11 Oxford Street on the fringe of Paddington.
Set to open in 2022, the development features a cafe, restaurant and rooftop bar overlooking Oxford Street, the Eastern Suburbs and Sydney Harbour.
